All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We ship our products directly from our manufacturing and fulfillment centers using reliable direct air express / standard international packet services:
- United States: 7–12 business days
- United Kingdom & European Union: 7–12 business days
- Canada & Australia: 8–15 business days
- Rest of the World: 10–20 business days

*Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be slightly longer during peak holiday seasons, severe weather, or customs clearance.*

3. Shipping Rates
- Standard Tracked Shipping: Free on eligible orders (or calculated at checkout).

4. Order Tracking
Once your package is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking details to update in the carrier system.

5. Customs & Import Duties
For most standard small parcel shipments, import taxes are not incurred. However, any applicable customs fees or import duties imposed by local authorities upon arrival remain the responsibility of the customer.
